Angel Delight Salad
1 pt. whipping cream
1 large package small marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large bottle maraschino cherries
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Cream cheese and cherry juice together; add cherries, pineapple, pecans and marshmallows. Whip cream and add to above. Refrigerate overnight.

Layer Salad
1 head lettuce
1 can green peas, drained
1 green pepper, sliced
shredded cheese
bacon bits
2 bunches green onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3 T. sugar
1 cauliflower, chopped fine
Layer lettuce, peas, green peppers, onions and cauliflower in a long dish. Mix sour cream, sugar and mayonnaise together; pour over salad. Top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.

Strawberry Salad
1 3/4 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
1 3/4 c. boiling water
Add:
1 large box strawberries
1/4 c. pineapples, drained
Mix and congeal.
Topping:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/4 box Jell-O and 1/4 c. water, mixed
Mix together.
Add:
8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
Sprinkle with nuts. Chill.

Seven Layer Salad
Layer:
lettuce, shredded and sprinkled with 2 t. sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can peas, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
lettuce
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Topping:
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Add topping to layers and chill before serving.

Broccoli - Cauliflower Salad
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Chop vegetables and add cheese.
Dressing:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. bacon bits
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
Mix and pour over vegetables. Chill one hour before serving.

Pink Snow Salad
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
2 T. lemon juice
1 can fruit cocktail
1 16 oz. can sliced peaches
1 can diced pineapples
3 T. cherry juice
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1/2 c. crushed pecans
2 c. miniature marshmallows
Beat evaporated milk until small peaks form. Add lemon juice; beat until very firm. Add other ingredients, one at a time, mixing well. Chill until firm.

Fruit Salad
1 large can chunk pineapple
1 large can mandarin oranges
1 large jar maraschino cherries
4 bananas
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
Drain fruit, saving pineapple juice. Cut cherries in half. Slice bananas. Mix pineapple juice with cherry juice then pour over fruit. Mix well and chill.

Cherry Cola Salad
1 can cherries
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
1 c. pecans, chopped
12 oz. cola
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
Drain cherries and pineapple, reserving juice. Heat juice to a boil, then stir in Jell-O. Add cola. Chill until slightly jelled. Add fruit and pecans. Chill thoroughly before serving.

Orange Salad
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 small container Cool Whip
1 small box orange Jell-O
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix cottage cheese and dry Jell-O together. Add pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and pecans. Chill thoroughly before serving.
